Automated Turnkey Solutions

With Top Loading systems the company uses two axis gantry systems in conjunction with conveyors to transport the work load through the system. The conveyors can be interfaced with customer’s material handling systems to achieve full integration.

Front Load systems can be supplied with a powered conveyor system and load mechanism in front of each process module.

As an alternative to suit the integration with the customers existing systems, automation is achieved using a 3 axis gantry system. This provides fast and accurate movement of the work load and better access to the process modules for maintenance.

The Through systems are specifically designed for fully automatic operation and integration with the customer material handling systems. Bespoke loading mechanisms marshal the work load in front of the process module ready for a synchronised movement through the system.

All of the automatic systems are provided with graphical interfaces via an HMI. The HMI provides full system status, manual controls and access to change cycles, process sequences and dosing rates etc. Process data is recorded and stored in data files ready for access using the customers MES system.
